      Hi all,

Went to Peter's Funeral on Tuesday it was very sad, and he will be missed by all the family. The Hymns were All things Bright and Beautiful, The Lords my Shepherd, King of Glory and John 3:16 (For God so loved the world...) set to an upbeat tune, the words were held up on boards by Haley Casi and Sarah(Rob's Daughters).

Taylor and Ben (Sue's Sons) said prayers. Talia (David's Daughter) Put a cross that she had made on the coffin. Linda and Lisa(Michaels daughter) talked about all the good times they had with him. Chris talked about how all Peter's children had inherited some part of him. Sue let some butterflies go during the service and the preacher read a poem she had written. There was a table and everyone was invited to put a remembrance gift on it, there was a table tennis bat, a fly swat, a kite, some stilts(made from string and tin cans) some flowers and many more things.

We followed the coffin, carried by Peter's four sons with Jack(Sue's son) and Peter(Michaels's son). We put flowers on the coffin and as the hearse went away to the crematorium we said goodbye to Peter. Then we all went back to Rob's for something to eat and drink.

It was sad but Kal has a good and close family who will look after her and each other.

      As for the Donkins:-

We are still at Albury and going up to Brisbane in January. Matt will follow in Feb/March. And we will be over to England for a visit in June.

We will be going to Co's over Christmas and will be spending Christmas day at Rob's where we will see most of the Swarris's again.

      Love John and Jan

We don't have everybody's Email addresses so if someone could forward this to Clare, Robbie Palmer and anyone else that would be great.
